How did you get into CG and when? : I got into to CG about a year ago, I had been a professional watercolour artist for about 8 or 9 years, but I had always been interested in cg and had always wondered how it was made. so I decided to take some time out from painting and give cg a try. when I started I never really thought that my past experience would be helpful when doing cg. but I guess it has helped quite a bit having past experience in drawing and painting, and I think doing cg has probably helped my 2d work as well, I'm not sure yet whether I will continue with cg or go back to painting or do both I'll just have to see what happens ;-)

Does art play a role in your job? : Yes, a very big part. I've been painting professionally ever since I was 17 when I was younger I mostly made my money from doing copies of old masters paintings. they always use to sell well in the gallery I had them in, they was sold as just copies of old masters painting, I always use to sell more of them, then my original paintings, but I did not mind, its been nice to earn money doing something that you enjoy.

What other form of art do you do beside CG? : Watercolours, charcoal, not done much in oils, samples of my old work can be seen on my website.
